STORYTELLING

Ibema faced significant challenges in the onboarding process for new employees, especially those who lived in cities far from the factory. The high costs and the difficulty of presenting the factory environment were issues that needed to be addressed urgently. To meet these objectives, Ibema implemented a virtual environment that simulates the factory, allowing new employees to explore it interactively, regardless of their location, without the need to travel, facilitating integration between the company and employees. The expected result of implementing these measures is a reduction in costs, due to the elimination of expenses with travel and in-person training; a reduction in the time needed for new employees to adapt, since the presentation of the factory environment became more accessible; a better understanding of the processes and a faster integration into Ibema's culture. This transformation of the company's onboarding process not only meets the established objectives, but also prepares the company for a more efficient and collaborative future, integrating new talents into the team more quickly and effectively, regardless of where they are.

OBJECTIVES

  • Reduce the cost of onboarding new employees;

  • Facilitate the technical presentation of the manufacturing environment to remote employees;

  • Promote the integration and familiarization of new employees;

  • Faithfully reproduce the industrial environment in a virtual environment accessible to all.

DYNAMICS

The dynamics of Ibema's virtual environment consist of guided user interaction, which involves walking through and exploring every detail of the factory, digitally reproduced in a way that is faithful to what is found in the physical environment.
